Organized by the Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines and executed by ShowBT Philippines, the 2026 Korea Festival in Baguio brought the vibrant spirit of Korean culture to the City of Pines, marking another milestone in the festival’s journey across the Philippines. Held on May 9–10, 2026 at SM City Baguio, the two-day celebration embraced the theme **“Lighting of Trust,”** fostering cultural exchange and strengthening the friendship between the Philippines and South Korea.

Visitors experienced a wide range of immersive activities, including traditional Korean games, hanbok experiences, Hangeul art workshops, K-food tastings, and interactive cultural booths. Guests also enjoyed hands-on experiences such as gimbap-making sessions, digital art activities, and cultural exhibits that highlighted both traditional and modern aspects of Korean culture.

The festival stage came alive with dynamic performances from both Korean and Filipino artists. Special highlights included showcases by the Suwon Gugak Association, the Korea Taekwondo Association, cultural performers from Baguio, and various K-pop dance groups, creating a memorable celebration of music, tradition, and artistic exchange.

Through meaningful cultural experiences, engaging performances, and community participation, the 2026 Korea Festival Baguio successfully transformed the city into a vibrant hub of Korean and Filipino cultural connection, allowing thousands of attendees to celebrate diversity, creativity, and friendship in a uniquely memorable way.
